Charles commenced his audit career with Deloitte where he advised a number of large manufacturing and multinational clients. He gained his tax and corporate secretarial experience with Ernst & Young. In 1979, he founded YCG to assist family and privately-owned business, and entrepreneurs on their accounting and taxation matters. Pierre bas been in the industry since 2002 he has experience working with owners and their growing enterprises on ways to effectively manage tax, increase wealth, protect business and personal assets, and succession plan. Prior to joining YCG he was manager at Deloitte and worked in their Growth Solutions area which advised privately held businesses with interests in Australia and overseas. Naomi commenced her career in 1995 focusing on tax and business advisory services. She specialises in superannuation with an emphasis on self managed superannuation funds. Louis has been with YCG since 2005, he specialises in advising business owners on tax and accounting matters at every stage of the business’ lifecycle from start up, to consolidation and exit. He has a depth of knowledge on succession planning, tax effective exit strategies and means of capital raising, both through debt and equity. Stephen has worked in the industry since 2000 in public practice as an accountant in Sydney. He has expertise in tax accounting, finance and investment banking. He provides accounting services for both corporate and individual clients from a variety of industries and backgrounds. His experience includes foreign subsidiaries and private client work for family groups. His clients value a keen sense of responsibility to complex matters and problem solving across a range of commercial transaction issues. Jonathan’s audit experience and knowledge has been gained through his employment with big 4 firms Deloitte and PWC. He has worked with and within large multinational private groups, Australian listed companies and subsidiaries of large foreign listed corporations. His primary industry experience includes manufacturing, construction, building services, retail and FMCG businesses. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dale is an experienced finance professional with over 14 years’ in both professional services and commerce and industry undertaking senior management roles across a number of industries. Prior to joining YCG, Dale was a senior director at Deloitte Consulting, in the mid-market practice. Dale is passionate about ensuring strategic alignment across an organisation and drive improvement across the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. His deep areas of specialisation are strategy development and execution, business performance improvement and finance function effectiveness. At YCG, Dale is working with a number of successful privately owned organisations, helping them evaluate their options and maximise enterprise value. Accordingly, Dale is assisting with the implementation of a number of investment-ready strategies across organisation performance, structure and governance.

Howard WoolcottSenior Advisor
Howard Woolcott started his career in merchant banking in London before moving to Sydney and working in the finance industry. He has been a consultant to many businesses providing services to corporate clients and specialising in strategic planning and corporate structuring. He has taken companies to IPO, achieved a number of corporate rationalisations, turned enterprises around from insolvency to profitable trading and prepared companies for external investment. He has been an executive and director of a number of listed public companies including Tribeca Learning Ltd (now known as Kaplan Professional) a leading provider of education and training services to the financial services industry, where he was a founding director and shareholder.

Kevin JosephSenior Advisor – Brand and People
Kevin has worked in marketing and leadership positions across all continents including UK, Ireland, France, Canada, USA, South Africa, 10 countries across the MENA region including Turkey and now in Australia. He worked primarily in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) category until he and his family settled in Sydney, Australia 12 years ago. He then used his leadership and change management expertise to lead medium sized organisations in the retail, hospitality, banking and education sectors to levels of success that they hadn’t previously achieved.
He is a great believer that business success is achieved through Brand Trust and People Engagement in an organisation. Kevin describes his success formula as “the ability to align each team members’ personal goals with the overall goal and vision of the organisation; engaging the team to all fly in an efficient V-formation, supporting each other in their quest for success”.
He has learnt under world leading mentors including Mr Nelson Mandela, Sirs Dominic Cadbury and Richard Branson.
He is currently a Fellow of the Institute of CEOs in Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kevin has a Master of Business Leadership in Marketing.
